7-11 (or convenience store) and car wash at Cypress and Sellers. I just received information that the commercial land at Cypress and Sellers will be on the June 8th City Council agenda. I do not know what the item will ask, or regard. However, the suggestion is to let the City Council members know now how you feel about such a commercial venture.
