Today, August 10, 2020, I received an unsolicited email from an organization naming themselves ThansparentOakley. The email contains multiple allegations of wrongdoing committed by Bryan Montgomery, the City Manager of Oakley.
I have requested the Contra Costa County Grand Jury to investigate the allegations. Below are links to the documents regarding the claims. I have redacted the names of the recipients of the email in the interests of their privacy.
I do not know about TransparentOakley, nor its membership. I am not a member of the group.
