Ivar and I were fortunate to be able to meet with the East Contra Costa Fire Protection District (ECCFPD) officials Board of Directors President Brian Oftedal, Vice-President Stephen Smith, Fire Chief Brian Helmick, and Fire Marshal Steve Aubert this morning. The officials provided information on fire safety, and their concerns, for Oakley.
